All execution data for each user is recorded, stored, and analyzed throughout their career. You can see the underperforming candidates even during the basic training, the weaker skills can be identified and improved with additional training tasks. At the other end of the scale, the best soldiers can be trained with complex simulated tasks to increase and maintain their skills that cannot be done by other training methods. Between the two ends of the spectrum, training on the system can smooth out skill differences and allow people to be selected and specialized for the roles that suit them best.
